After I saw the cover story on the August 2009 edition of the FEEDFRONT magazine I was motivated to give your treadmill workstation concept a try and found that it really works! Here in the Pacific Northwest the weather can get a bit nasty this time of year making it pretty easy to find an excuse not to get out and about but your workstation idea got me up out of the chair . . . and my procrastination . . . and I am now putting in at least an hour per day six days per week at my workstation thanks to you! I have long wanted to learn how to get a blog going and this has given me the opportunity to help spread the word of how to develp good work habits as well as the added health benefits that we seniors sometimes fail to embrace. I've got a long way to go, but at least I now realize that profection is the enemy of completion, so I had best suck it up and give it a try. Thanks again for your inspiration.
